This ground floor apartment includes two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, the open plan living accommodation with kitchen including everything you will need for your short break away, the lounge has a seating and dining area.

The property sleeps 4 comfortably with a fold out sofa bed to accommodate 6 people if required ( a fold out cot bed can also be provided, please ask )

Exterior

The entrance to the flat is on the left hand side of the building as you face it. The key box with the key is located in the bin store next to the main entrance. As you enter the bin store the key box is on the wall on the right hand side, clearly numbered ‘7’. The key code will be forwarded to you by email.
The car parking space is numbered ‘7’ and is on the right hand side as you enter Hartford Court.
The bike store is located at the rear of the building, the key for the bike store is provided with the entrance keys.
Linen is provided. There are large rubbish bins in a storage area to the left of the main entrance (where the key box is located).
The shortest way to the beach is by crossing the road: turn right down Derby Road, past the Travelodge and down the footpath.
